Mimo mobile inventory has been developed to make creating inventories simple and fast. The user interface is clean and the navigation process allows you to work to a simple flow without getting lost in the app. Mimo has been designed with the professional Letting Agent in mind and will save you time, money and allow you to concentrate on your company growth.

Unlike other mobile inventory applications, mimo allows you to customise all indexing, including room types, room items and associated conditions. You can share your reports with clients and tenants so disputes can be kept to a minimum.

With mimo you can work in either an online or offline mode, and on completion of your report synchronise your data to our secure servers. Through your branded agency desktop interface you can view or edit your reports and view current or historic reports for the property.

Your reports can be viewed in either html or you can print the report in a pdf format for your tenant to sign. Reports can be generated at any stage of a tenancy, whether initial check in, interim inspection or check out. When a tenant checks out of the property the property will be free to add another tenant’s details, thus reducing the necessity to create another inventory for the property.
